PoliciesRefund PolicyIf any goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Trade Practices Act to provide a remedy. Prouds The Jewellers is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. Exchange PolicyProuds The Jewellers will happily exchange any gift purchased within 30 days, if accompanied by the original sales receipt or a Prouds The Jewellers Exchange Card. Goods must be in an unworn, as new condition. Watch Repairs & Battery ReplacementWe strongly recommend that all 50M+ Water Resistant watches are pressure tested. We do not accept liability for water damage to any watch which has not been pressure tested at the time of battery replacement. Water Resistant refers to a pressure test and does not signify a diving depth. Unfortunately, we may not be able to service watches not sold by Prouds The Jewellers. Please ask your sales assistant for more information. Insurance ClaimsWe work with most insurance companies and can assist with the replacement of your lost or stolen valuables. Please note, however, that reduced prices do not apply to Insurance Claims. No PhotographyPhotography of any kind is not permitted in any Prouds store. Ring SizingNot all rings are available in all sizes, and some purchases will incur a charge for resizing. Pendant ChainsPendants come with a complimentary gold plate or stirling silver display chain, unless stated. 9ct chains and alternative silver chains can be purchased separately. | ||||
