Jewellery Repairs

Selected stores have Jewellers on site, all other repairs are completed in local workshops.

Watch Repairs

Free quotes available on all repairs. Services include:

• Batteries
• Watch band adjustment or replacement
• Pin replacement
• Watch service and clean
• Glass replacement
• Swiss watch repairs and service completed by the relevant watch company

Selected stores have Watchmakers on site, all other repairs are completed in local workshops.

Lay-By's

• A minimum deposit of $25 or 25% (whichever is the greater) is required at the commencement of the lay-by
• Additional payments are to be made fornightly
• All purchases must be finalised within three (3) months, otherwise goods will be returned to stock
• Payments must be made at store of original purchase
• At any time within the three (3) month period, the customer may cancel the lay-by
• In the event of cancellation by the customer or termination by the retailer following the customer's failure to comply with the above conditions, the goods may be returned to stock and a $25 cancellation fee deducted from the deposit.  The cancellation fee covers holding and administration costs associated with the lay-by.
• A minimum deposit of 50% is required at the commencement of the lay-by for any items specifically ordered or manufactured.  The cancellation of a lay-by of an item specifically ordered or manufactured will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the purchase price.
• If a lay-by is cancelled, the balance of any monies due after cancellation and administration fees have been deducted, will be refunded by way of a cheque from Prouds Head OFfice.
• We will not increase the price of goods during the period of the lay-by
• Layb-bys of more than one item cannot be separated and must be paid for in full before cancellation
• Please notify the store of purchase if your address details change

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available in all stores. Valid for 18 months from day of purchase, they can be used in any of our stores throughout Australia.
