Selected stores have Jewellers on site, all other repairs are completed in local workshops.

Watch Repairs

Free quotes available on all repairs. Services include:

• Batteries
• Watch band adjustment or replacement
• Pin replacement
• Watch service and clean
• Glass replacement
• Swiss watch repairs and service completed by the relevant watch company

Selected stores have Watchmakers on site, all other repairs are completed in local workshops.

Lay-By's

• Minimum deposit of 20%
• Full payment to be made within three (3) months
• Payments to be made at store of purchase
• Payments to be made on a fortnightly basis
• In the event of cancellation by the consumer or failure to comply with the above conditions, the goods may be returned to stock and an appropriate cancellation fee, as prescribed by the relevant respective States Lay-By Legislation, will be deducted from the deposit.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available in all stores. Valid for 12 months from day of purchase, they can be used in any of our stores throughout Australia.
