How?
- New LatitudePay customers:-

- Enter your personal details (full name, date of birth, current address);
- Verify your identity using a valid Australian Driver’s License or Australian Passport.
- LatitudePay will run a quick credit check in real-time. If approved, you’ll know right away.
- Review and confirm your payment schedule.
- Enter your debit/credit card details
- Payment for your first instalment will be confirmed

General Information
- Available both in-store and online.
- The first purchase will take approximately 2 minutes, with second and ongoing purchases taking approximately 30 seconds
- Once approved you will be required to pay the first instalment of 10% at the time of purchase (this will be direct debited by LatitudePay) and the balance will be deducted in 9 weekly automatic payments.
- If each instalment is paid on time, it won’t cost a cent more than the purchase price. If a payment is missed there will be a fee, but LatitudePay will send a reminder to help keep you on track.
- You can also login to LatitudePay to review your shopping history, change the payment day, add a card… even pay the balance off early. https://app.latitudepay.com/

- Customers must be 18 years or older, be an Australian citizen or Australian permanent resident.
- A Passport or Drivers Licence will be required to verify a customers identity when they sign up to LatitudePay.
- A mobile smart phone will be required to set up the payment plan, any internet connected device can be used to set up an account with LatitudePay.
- The first instalment (equal to 10% of the purchase price) will be debited at the time of purchase. This will be done by LatitudePay.
- Purchase limits of between $100 and $1000 apply for all Proud the Jewellers stores. This is dependent on the amount credited to the customer by LatitudePay and the customers balance.
- A Prouds the Jewellers gift card cannot be purchased using LatitudePay
- A purchase made using LatitudePay cannot be exchanged for a Prouds the Jewellers Gift Card.
- A LatitudePay Refund is carried out by LatitudePay. Any funds that have been paid to LatitudePay will be returned to the customers nominated credit/debit card by LatitudePay.
