We certify that the PULSAR watch detailed on the enclosed guarantee repair coupon is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for three years from the date of purchase, providing it was purchased from an authorised PULSAR dealer.Within this period, regulation, adjustment, repair or replacement of parts or movement will be carried out without charge except in the case of damage caused by accidents or lack of care.

This three-year limited guarantee is provided by SEIKO Australia Pty. Ltd. (ABN 63 000 797 946) and is only valid for service in Australia, New Zealand and South Pacific Islands.

The following statement applies to sales In Australia only. The Goods come with guarantee that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The Customer is entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The Customer is also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To take advantage the Pulsar watch guarantee, please present your watch together with the guarantee certificate and proof of purchase receipt to the appointed Pulsar watch dealer from whom the watch was purchased or please contact any member of the Pulsar service network.

IMPORTANT

  • The benefits to the consumer given by the warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.
  • This guarantee does not cover the watch case, bracelet, strap, glass or any battery.
  • This guarantee does not cover water damage when it is not clearly designated on the case back as water-resistant.
  • This guarantee is valid only when the Pulsar watch has been sold by a Pulsar dealer and, when the Pulsar dealer from whom the watch was purchased properly fills in the guarantee repair coupon at the end of this booklet.
  • We reserve the right to relinquish all responsibility under this guarantee for repairs if the watch is tampered with or damaged by anyone other than Pulsar authorised service facilities.
  • Photocopies of guarantee coupons or guarantee coupons which have been altered or tampered with will not be honoured.
  • Where a claim is made pursuant to this warranty, all expenses incurred in making the claim are the customers responsibility.
  • To the extent permissible by law, SEIKO AUSTRALIA PTY LTD excludes any damages for consequential loss.
