At Prouds The Jewellers, product is carefully checked and securely packaged before leaving our Distribution Centre, however in the unfortunate instance that an item or items are damaged in transit you will be able to return the item(s) to any of our stores or online, please refer our returns policy first to ensure you have the correct paperwork and understand the procedure.
